Real Men Sing
Annual choral workshop for male high school students hosted by the Bethany College Music Department
As a professional graphic designer and alumni of Bethany College, I was contacted and hired by the music department to design a t-shirt to promote the Real Men Sing choral workshop. During our client debrief and collaboration, I strongly advised and persuaded the client to stick with the brand identity colors of Bethany College. The client agreed and we designed 3 t-shirts together for 3 separate choral workshops from 2019 to 2021. The t-shirt color worn by a flood of workshop attendees beautifully expressed an affiliation with Bethany College in colors of Gold and Blue.
Swede Government Association
The Bethany College Student Government Association, Lindsborg, KS
The leadership for the Student Government Association at Bethany College reached out to me to design a variety of projects. Two of those projects are shown below: a t-shirt and the organization logo. The client had specific requests for the logo and the t-shirt design direction was, "make it look cool". For the t-shirt, we selected a Bethany College student to model for photographs which would aid me in illustrating a powerful iconic image of a Swede—the college's mascot. The illustrative style was inspired by strong political ads seen across social media platforms, and the colors boldly represent Bethany College.
The Swede Government Association logo perfectly suited social profiles.
